North West Joint Commissioners Forum Event - 15th December 2009

The Forum held an event in Manchester at which the NHS Information Centre demonstrated the National Adult Social Care Intelligence Service  (NASCIS) as well as a number of other tools (including the latest JSNA data set).

A Survey of North West Commissioners and Workshop Event 29 ^th  January 2009

CSIP North West (on behalf of the North West Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP)) is collecting some survey information relating to the implications of Joint Strategic Needs Assessments and Commissioning in the North West. The results, which will be anonymised, will help  to design future JIP support to local areas in their delivery of improvements in health and well-being in line with key policy drivers as well as feeding into the work of the North West Public Health Observatory (NWPHO), and will also inform local contributions to the recently-formed national JSNA Reference Group.

The following workshop event for commissioners   was organised in connection with this survey and   the development of JSNAs:
